In Full Bloom: Artists Design Garden Gates

Garden gates are the quintessential element of an ideal garden and provide symbolic entry into a world of color and aesthetic beauty. Plain, fancy, white, polychrome, and constructed of a myriad of materials, a special installation of a stunning variety of garden gates designed by artist’s will complement the beautiful grounds at the Norman Rockwell Museum this season. Join us for a festive outdoor exhibition opening! Stephanie Bergman, Director of Education for the Housatonic River Museum, will lead a tour of the Museum’s pastoral Housatonic River frontage at 3 p.m. Awards will be announced at 4 p.m. Free with Museum admission; members free.
